Built by two people who have lived the manager side of the problem.

We're a husband-and-wife team who've spent years building products, leading teams, and wondering why communication at work so often becomes harder than it should be.

Indrek is a former full-stack developer and long-time team lead who loves turning messy systems into simple, useful ones. Grethel is a former startup team lead, leadership coach, and author who's endlessly curious about what actually makes leadership and team communication work in real life.

Good teams often suffer not because people do not care, but because managers do not have the right system around them.

Why We Built It

1:1s should not depend on heroic memory.

We ran hundreds of 1:1s. We asked thoughtful questions. We got honest answers. And then... things disappeared.

Notes got lost. Patterns were easy to miss. Great conversations led nowhere. Important feedback got delayed, repeated, or quietly forgotten.

At some point we thought, it really shouldn't be this hard.

So we built OTO.

It helps managers ask better questions, keep feedback organised, spot patterns early, and turn conversations into action. No complicated setup. No corporate fluff. Just something that works.
