We're a husband and wife team who've spent years building products, leading teams, and trying to figure out why team communication so often becomes more complicated than it needs to be.

Indrek is a full stack developer and team lead who loves making messy systems make sense. Grethel is a former startup team lead, a book author, and the kind of person who cannot stop thinking about what makes leadership work well and what makes it go completely sideways.

We've lived startup life, led people through growth, change, stress, and all the usual chaos. And one thing kept bothering us.

Good teams often suffer not because people do not care, but because managers do not have the right system around them.

Why We Built It

We ran hundreds of 1:1s. We asked thoughtful questions. We got honest answers. And then... things disappeared.

Notes got lost. Patterns were easy to miss. Great conversations led nowhere. Important feedback got delayed, repeated, or quietly forgotten.

At some point we thought, it really shouldn't be this hard.

So we built OTO.
